Dark beers are just the best. While not all of us love dark brews 24/7 like I do (sorry not sorry), they’re perfect for these colder, darker months. Stout season has arrived, folks!

This week, get out to Yellow Bridge Brewing for your perfect winter stout. Midnight: Gingerbread (8%) is their latest dark brew on tap. Winter in a glass, this beer is made with a smooth base stout roast perfect for wintertime. Loaded with winter spice notes of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, this is a holiday treat. This is the perfect brew to decorate the tree with, or bake Christmas cookies!

Love stouts? Make the trip out to Yellow Bridge this week or check your local distributor for this beer. There’s also several lovely dark brews available to taste! Try out London Porter, a 5% brew with a lovely aroma of chocolate and coffee. Smooth in mouthfeel with a lovely finish, this porter is an easy drinker!

Want to keep things in the Midnight family? Midnight: Party is also on tap. Another 8% beer with cake flavors, this beer was brewed with funfetti cake in the mash and additional icing and cake flavorings were added in the fermentation process. This is a dark, decadent stout that goes well with a winter evening – check this one out when you visit the brewery!

Yellow Bridge clearly has an amazing amount of dark brews right now! I can’t wait to sample Midnight Gingerbread this holiday season!
