Warwick Farm Brewing in Bucks County releases their latest IPA this week: a heavily-hopped hazy IPA with Strata and Simcoe. I’m personally looking forward to the StrataSpheric IPA because I haven’t had much Simcoe lately. I miss those good old earthly pine notes. Strata hops also have passionfruit notes and dankness that work well in an IPA. They used a large quantity of oats in the mash to make this a thicc boi. I love an IPA with a nice mouthfeel.
They silently released this beer last weekend for walk-ups only, but now they’re making it publicly available. It will be available to pre-order on their website starting today (12/1) at 5 PM. Early Untappd reviews describe it as a “great beer” and “better than the Eagles this week!” Well, the bar was low for the second one… I’m kidding (not really), but you should stop by Warwick Farm Brewing for the StrataSpheric IPA this week. The Biergarten is closed for the season until their next event on 12/11, so you can only get their beer in cans for now. From the looks of it, their tasting room is almost finished, so we have that to look forward to. The interior appears to be furnished except for the bar. They will have 24 taps once the tasting room is complete.
