The first year anniversary is the sweetest! To celebrate one year in the Pittsburgh craft beer scene is nothing to sneeze at. I’ve been so impressed by Mondays Brewing and the presence they’ve established in the local beer world in just one year on the scene! Kudos, guys!

This week, they’re celebrating year one with anniversary events to remember. As if you didn’t need more reasons to celebrate Halloween weekend! With special events from Friday-Sunday of next week, head over to Mondays in McMurray for some scary good fun!

Here’s what’s on tap for the first anniversary weekend. Small batch beers available for the weekend only? Heck yes! There will also be extended hours to prolong their celebration. Mondays has also started doing food trucks, and there will be one at the brewery on Friday and Saturday of next weekend.

Mondays’ latest post also hints at new merch and limited glasses to celebrate one year around the sun! Get out there ASAP to celebrate next weekend! Looking at the current taplist, sample such wares as Bald Dragon, a 5% red ale infused with hibiscus for a tea-like taste. I also love a brown ale, and Dev’s Barnwood, a 6.5% brew, sounds amazing. A blend of an American Brown grain bill with an English Hop profile, this is a nutty, smooth brown ale perfect for autumn.

Congrats on one year, Mondays Brewing! It’s been awesome to see your growth and progress in the craziest of years! I cannot wait to see what you do next!
