Trace Brewing is a favorite in my house when it comes to a weekday brew. Open seven days a week and loaded with amazing beer, if you need a beer during the week this is your place!

Recently, they dropped an IPA brand new to their rotation. Hop Paradox is a 7.5% beer full of Vic Secret and Engima, two beloved Australian hops. With notes of pink grapefruit red berries and honeydew, this IPA sounds downright lovely. Hazy, hoppy and tasty, if you’re a hop nerd, this is your beer!

But that’s not all that has me wanting to hit Trace ASAP this week. Sacred Objects is a 10% imperial stout that sounds AMAZING with these changing temperatures. Brewed with dark malt and oats on a base of maris otter barley, this stout is full bodied with loaded with taste. With notes of dark chocolate, burnt caramel, dark red fruit leather and roasted coffee, this big tasty brew does not mess around! I need to try this one this week, yinz. It sounds AWESOME!

Open seven days a week with coffee and beer service, Trace needs to be on your list of weekly haunts in the ‘Burgh! Sample either of these tasty beers this week and let us know what you think! I know I’ll be making a trip ASAP to try Sacred Object! Cheers to a new week ahead!
