I’ve admitted my deep allegiance to all fall seasonal brews. If it’s a Marzen, festbier, or anything pumpkin, I want to try it! This week, I’ve found a seasonal sour that sounds like I need to run to Union Brothers Brewing ASAP!

If you’ve been to Union Brothers, you know that they absolutely kill it on the sours front. As someone who doesn’t always crave this style of brew, I’ve been slowly converted via the fruited sours that Union Brothers brews! This week, they’ve released a new entry into their Short Stack series.

Short Stack Pumpkin Pie is a 5.5% Sour Ale that’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a pumpkin sour, so this is catapulted to the top of my must list! Made with a sour base and conditioned on a crazy amount of pumpkins, vanilla and cinnamon, this brew screams autumn! Smooth, sweet, and tart in the right way, this brew is going fast!

If you need to try this brew like I do, run, don’t walk, to Union Brothers as soon as possible! Available on draft, make this a part of your next beer run! There’s a super limited supply available in four packs as well and it will go fast – you can’t go wrong with bringing a four pack of this brew to an event!

Open from Wednesday-Sunday each week, make it a mid-week beer run and cut a slice of this pumpkin pie!
