We’re coming into an amazing week with Three Rivers Beer Week commencing! Mark your calendar for an amazing kick off event scheduled for this Tuesday, October 5th!
Located at the Pennsylvanian apartments, this kick off event will be one to remember! This event features the first pour of 476 pale ale, the collaboration beer between Pittsburgh and Asheville brewers. This 5.9% pale ale reflects the collaborators love of brewing with notes of citrus and fruit augmented by a firm malt body. An interpretation of old school West Coast style meeting the newer East Coast pale ales, this beer also has malts from both a Pittsburgh and Asheville malt house. Brewed at Pittsburgh’s own Eleventh Hour Brewing, 476 pale ale will be available throughout Three Rivers Beer Week!
There will also be a beer share with local brewers, including unique or rare brews from Pittsburgh juggernauts such as Dancing Gnome, Grist House and Inner Groove Brewing. Attend the event and receive a kick off glass designed by none other than Permanent Hangover, who will also have merch available at the event (highly recommend snagging a Glassy if any are available!)
With a local DJ and food available from Blue Sparrow, this will be an amazing cure for your midweek blues! Tickets cost 50 dollars, snag them as soon as possible to kick off Three Rivers beer week! Celebrate a craft beer week to remember with this epic event!
