I’ve seen this food truck take the brewery scene by storm in the past year here in Pittsburgh! Bridge City Brinery has been open as a food truck for less than a year and is smashing it. Starting out by creating their own pickles with awesome flavors, they’ve expanded further by creating amazing food.
The sandwiches are making my mouth water as I type this post. There’s a spicy chicken called the Graceland that is a pickle brined chicken thigh with a chili peanut glaze, banana ketchup, cabbage and a pickle, of course! Not into chicken? There’s plenty of other options as well. Personally, I’d love to try the Seoul of Pittsburgh. A bulgogi rib eye with kimchi mayo and Korean seasoned fries, this is first on my try list. Yum.
Plant based? They’ve still got you. Le’Burgh Jardin is a roasted mushroom sandwich with onion mayo and a garlic cashew crumble that is completely vegan. I’d love to try this one! The fries also just look fresh, crispy and beyond good. This sounds like the perfect brewery food, if you ask me!
This truck is getting everywhere, guys! This upcoming week, they’re travel to Verona for Inner Groove on Tuesday, and then head out to Whitehorse Brewing in Washington county the next day. Frequent Hitchhiker in Mount Lebanon frequently? They’re at that location every Sunday. Live near Lawrenceville? Try these guys out at Eleventh Hour on Wednesdays! Stops at Old Thunder, Four Points, and Grist House are on the horizon as well.
