This week, I’m loving all of the light, easy beers that have been gracing our presence in the world of Pittsburgh Craft Beer. Sobel’s Obscure Brewery has released a new one this week that I’m super excited about!
Earl Greying Blonde is their latest release. A 6% easy drinking blonde, this one is infused with earl grey tea but has the lightness of a blonde that we’ve all come to know and love. Refreshing with hints of spice, this is a brew that is a perfect late-summer treat. I have a big soft spot for a tea beer, so I’m crossing my fingers that I can get my hands on this brew!
This brew is super limited in supply, so if earl grey speaks your language, run, don’t walk to Sobel’s ASAP. Grab a brew in their adorable tap garden and enjoy the summer sun while you can!
Blondes have more fun, right? Grab a second round and sample the Raspberry Lemonade Blonde. Tart and summery, this is perfect for you sour brew fans. 6% and loaded with flavor, you can’t go wrong with this blonde choice either.
With tap garden hours on Thursday-Sunday each week, jet out to Sobel’s ASAP and sample each of these blonde brews. If you love anything fruity and juicy, this is the place for you!
