It’s Tuesday, and it’s raining (which shouldn’t surprise anyone). In fact, it’s likely supposed to rain every day this week, so I’m going to try to soak up as much outdoor drinking time as I can this weekend.
Anyways, moving on to why we’re all here right now. Let’s start today’s FueledMornings off by talking some new merch that we just dropped in our store.
On Sunday, we dropped our new “Best Beer Group Ever” tee and also a slew of new mugs and glasses from The Golden Type. The tee was designed by my buddy Drinking Whalez Bro (an awesome Instagram account) and the mugs, which seem to be a huge hit, were done by The Golden Type.
Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week
On Thursday, the Pittsburgh Brewers Guild gave us all of the details on Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week happening October 6-10, 2021. The event will be going on at breweries all around the city and also will feature a interesting collab beer with the Asheville Brewers Guild (North Carolina).
We’re dropping ALL of the details in a post tomorrow, including details on the kickoff event and more about the Asheville collab. Make sure to check out the blog tomorrow.
This Friday at Monday’s Brewing
This Friday, I’ll be hanging out at Monday’s Brewing drinking the rest of the Brewed X IPA that Scott (my podcast co-host) and I brewed with the Monday’s crew. Brewed X IPA is a 5.5% Session Ale that is perfect for summer happy hour.
Joining us on Friday will also be Bridge City Brinery, one of the Pittsburgh area’s latest food trucks. (I personally had this truck last week for the first time and it’s incredible).
A lot of our Pittsburgh craft beer friends will be in attendance as well, so make sure you swing by and hang for a bit! This is the last of the beer, so once it’s gone, it’s gone forever (most likely anyways lol).
Imprint and 450 North Collab Again
Our friends at Imprint Beer Co. and 450 North are collabing on their third beer in the Blurries series. You may recall the first two beers in the series: Blurries and Blurrier. This weekend, the breweries are bringing you Blurriest, their latest concoction featuring Banana, Coconut, Mango, Raspberry, Blackberry, and Marshmallows.
