I love ice cream. No matter the time of year, you can always find it in my fridge. This week, there’s a killer collab hitting the shelves at Necromancer Brewing in the North Hills. Naturally, ice cream is included!

Necromancer has collaborated with Pittsburgh ice cream powerhouse Millie’s Homemade Ice Cream to create The Best Float, an oatmeal stout. This sounds like an ice cream dream! Brewed to be the perfect combination to your favorite scoop, this is a roasty, smooth brew. Easy to drink, this brew is a must have this summer!

Here’s the super cool part. This Friday is National Root Beer Float Day, and Necromancer and Millie’s are bringing the big guns. Stop by the Millie’s location in Lawrenceville or Necromancer from 4-10pm this Friday for a beer float concoction of your choosing. Stop by Millie’s and you can choose any of their 16 flavors. Head to Necromancer and get the choice between vanilla, a dairy-free mint chip, or coffee flavor! You can’t go wrong!

Not wanting to go to the dark side? Necromancer also released their second iteration of their One Hop Wonder series featuring Mosaic, a much beloved hop. Bringing citrus, grapefruit, and tropical zing, this beer is perfect for you hopheads out there.

Needless to say, it’s gonna be a great weekend at Necromancer. Grab your beer floats and celebrate all things sweet this Friday!
