Source Farmhouse Brewing is located in Colt’s Neck, NJ, but don’t let the term “farmhouse” fool you. They are known for their “farm-to-glass” brews similar to Warwick Farm Brewing and other farm breweries. They mostly brew juicy IPAs, so they were a perfect candidate to work with Imprint, which has become one of the leading Philadelphia area breweries for IPAs. Imprint’s collab with Source Brewing debuts with some brand new merch from the Hatfield brewery. They’re releasing a new 16oz can glass with “DDH” art by @nonheinous. You can find this art on a variety of merch including stickers, shirts, and hats, but this is the first time they’re slapping it on glassware.
Poptical Illusion (8.2% ABV), Imprint’s collab with Source Brewing, uses Cryo Pop hops, a unique blend of hops from Yakima Chief. They added what they’re calling their “largest dry-hop ever,” so you can expect this to be one of the hoppiest and smoothest Imprint beers ever. There won’t be a pre-sale for cans, but the 20L kegs are available for pre-order this week.
In addition to this collab, Source Brewing plans to open a location in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood next month. I also hear Other Half Brewing will be opening across from The Fillmore in the same neighborhood, so grab this collab if you want a taste of what Source will be brewing in Fishtown.
