Finding an American craft brewery that doesn’t brew an IPA would be extremely difficult. Finding a brewery that doesn’t brew ANY ale at all, and it’s next to impossible. However, those in the know are too familiar with the legend of the American craft lager scene, Jack’s Abby. Which is why they may be waiting with baited breath for the brewery’s newest release, Lager Vida.

Jack’s Abby is an exclusive craft lager producing brewery in Framingham, MA. Started in 2011 by the Hendler brothers, the team continues to perfect the art of the craft lager.

Their extremely limited beer, Lager Vida, starts as a Mexican corn lager. What is normally a very palatable and easy going beer kicks into another gear after aging in tequila barrels. The crisp body of a lager with the agave of the tequila makes this an ideal beer for nearly any Mexican food or taco pairing.

This is an EXTREMELY limited beer, which can only be found in the brewery’s 10th Anniversary mix packs. Beer today may be gone tomorrow, so grab it while you can!
