You don’t need to be a billionaire to visit outer space. Warwick Farm Brewing’s brand new IPA, Space Trip, drops this week. Coincidentally, this beer comes the week of billionaire Sir Richard Branson’s first trip beyond the ozone layer. Like Virgin Galactic, Warwick Farm Brewing is ready to lunch your tastebuds into the great unknown with their new IPA.
They heavily dry-hopped this beer with Experimental 586 and 630 hops. The unique combo creates a refreshing aroma of mango, orange, cherry, and raspberry. So far this beer scored a 4.24 average on Untappd, which is pretty high for a single IPA that isn’t quadruple mega dry-hopped with marshmallows and lactose. Comments include “delicious” and “experimental hops pay off in the best way.” At only 6.6%, this beer is perfect for a hot summer day, so you don’t want to miss it before it gets too hot out.
You can order Warwick Farm Brewing’s Space Trip and more on their website today (7/14) starting at 5 PM. They still have Main Squeeze, which is another low ABV crushable IPA, but I highly recommend Workshop 18, a double IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Double Eagle pale malt. You really can’t go wrong with any of their selections. Beer is available on tap at their Biergarten, and drive-through pickups are Thursday and Friday. The Biergarten is open Saturday and Sunday.
