I’ve found it, my friends. This release has me super excited. It’s perfect, ready for those summer days and backyard barbecues. For those late night porch hang brews to top off a great summer day. In my humble opinion, this is THE beer that I want to cheers in all things that the first day of Summer brings.

The first entry in the Pi series from Four Points Brewing completely blew my mind. A brand new series cooked up for the new Western Avenue location on the North Side, these brews simply cannot be missed.

I was fortunate enough to have a can of the Pi: Apricot and Peach (6%), which was the first of these amazing fruited sours. This beer was an explosion of flavor. Chock full of fruit notes, it was a juicy masterpiece. Then, there was a lovely vanilla and cinnamon flavor profile that made me feel like I was drinking a slice of this heavenly dessert. Simply put, it was perfect.

This week, they’ve cooked up a new slice of Pi for us! Pi: Blueberry, a 6% fruited sour, sounds utterly mouthwatering to me. Just right on the tartness scale, this brew is laced with blueberry flavor, cinnamon, and a creamy vanilla finish. With a color that is perfectly blueberry, this beer is a home run. I’m grabbing my four pack ASAP.

Want to grab some Pi in your life? As of right now, it’s still available in Four Points’ online store for take out. As of right now, it’s still on tap as well! I’ll be setting an alarm and heading down to Four Points this Thursday to cut a slice of this sweet blueberry Pi!
