We can admit that often a well placed piece of nostalgia is enough to get us to buy something. I mean, just check out THIS label! In the case of Sudden Death Brewing, they have embraced American beer and pop culture with their new beer, Eat My Haze.

If the Bart Simpson callback was not enough to get you to try this beer, then the beer itself should. Whereas it was once America borrowing brewing styles from Germany, it seems we have returned the favor. The Hazy IPA is profoundly American, and now it seems the world is beginning to catch on to the craze.

No Hazy IPA can be brewed without a healthy (and sometimes obscene) amount of American hops. This 7% ABV beer uses Ekuanot hops in the whirlpool, and then piles on the Mosaic and Simcoe in the dry hopping. The result is that cloudy body with a fruit forward hop punch to match.
