We as beer drinkers can take the availability of great beer for granted. If you live in a major city, chances are you have access to more beer than you can drink. But in a place like Oklahoma, the infamous “3.2 Laws” may have stunted the growth of their beer scene. In the face of adversity, Prairie Artisan Ales of Tulsa has led the charge to convert the Sooner State. The newest beer in their craft revolution is the Imperial Pastry Stout, Just The Juice.

Not everyone reading this may be privy to the deliciousness that is Orange Julius. A staple of malls across the country, Orange Julius is known for their signature drink that combines orange juice, vanilla, and sweetness (to name a few ingredients).

An homage to the beverage, Just The Juice combines these classic flavors in a 7.5% ABV stout. Orange, mango, apricot, and vanilla give you the flavor of an Orange Julius with the Imperial Stout punch of a Prairie beer.

You should have an easier time finding Just the Juice than locating an Orange Julius. If you are craving the latter, your best bet is to search in a mini-mall foodcourt, somewhere between the Sbarro and Panda Express.
