It’s an IPA-heavy weekend at Warwick Farm Brewing. They’re releasing three IPAs including a brand new version of the winter release, Shreti The Gnar Monster. They’re calling the new version Shreti The Surfer, in reference to the change in season. The label features the original yeti shredding a wave in a Warwick Farm Brewing lifejacket, perfect for your Memorial Day weekend at the beach.
They brewed the second installment with Citra, Cashmere, and Bru-1. These hops produce aromas and flavors of citrus, pineapple, and stone fruit. They used oats to give it a soft body despite its 8.2% ABV. They brewed Shreti The Surfer’s predecessor, The Gnar Monster, with Citra, Vic Secret, and Amarillo hops as well as oats.

They’re also bringing back two favorites: DDH Umbra and General Russ. They double-dry-hopped DDH Umbra with Citra and Sabro. General Russ is a West Coast IPA with Mosaic and Centennial. These beers will be available on tap at their outdoor biergarten. The biergarten opens 12-7 PM on Saturday and 12-5 PM on Sunday.
