I’ve got big release news for you on this sunny, fabulous Friday! With weather this amazing, it’s time to get outdoors and crack some epic brews this weekend. Tomorrow, Eleventh Hour Brewing has a release that has me setting alarms and all of the alerts on my phone.
Deep Field is an epic breakfast stout series that packs a punch. The OG, Deep Field, is a 7.5% oatmeal stout that is silky smooth and has notes of chocolate, vanilla and maple. Ultra Deep Field is a personal favorite of mine. This one is a juicy, 10% imperial with raspberry notes that make this beer an absolute slam dunk for me. But guess what? There’s an option that goes even deeper.
Tomorrow (April 10th) at 1pm, Eleventh Hour releases two variants of Extreme Deep Field. Both of these bad boys were aged for over 20 months in Willet bourbon barrels. Then, one variant was further aged on maple syrup, vanilla beans and black currant (OMG). A smooth and chewy BA stout, this one has jammy notes that will send you into orbit.
Variation two took a different path. Aged on De Fer Coffee and Tea single origin coffee, Belgian chocolate, and dark cherry. A coffee flavored chocolate covered cherry? Heck yes. Sold!
This is an extremely limited release, so if you are a BA stout fan, plan accordingly. Here’s the details for tomorrow (4/10).
Beers will release at 1pm tomorrow (4/10) at the BREWERY ONLY. There will be online sales for this treat. Supplies are limited – there are 24 cases of the Cherry Chocolate Coffee variant and only 22 of the Black Currant Maple Vanilla. Beers will be available in 2 packs of both variants ($22), 4 packs of both variants ($40), and a special mixed four pack. This special pack includes two of each and an adorable coffee mug ($45). The limit per person is 8 cans, no exceptions.
These beers are to go only, so head to Eleventh Hour around 1pm tomorrow to snag this treat. Bring your mask and be certain to practice social distancing while waiting for your brews. I’m betting this will sell out quickly, guys. Launch into Extreme Deep Field this weekend and let us know what you think!
