Breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day, right?  Now you can grab the best breakfast food alongside a brew! Soul Biscuit is a breakfast food cart that is leaving a mark on Pittsburgh. A mobile food cart, expect some elevated grub from these guys that make these biscuits a must have!

And the menu, guys! It’s crazy. You can keep it classic with a bacon, egg and cheese served over a buttermilk biscuit. Yum. Want to kick it up a notch? Check out the smoked pork butt sandwich. This one walks the line between breakfast and lunch so perfectly. Served with homemade kimchi and mustard on a buttermilk cornmeal biscuit, this sandwich demands to be tried! With two other breakfast juggernauts on the most recent menu, you can grab a sausage gravy biscuit and keep it savory or keep it sweet with a berry jam biscuit. You can’t go wrong, whichever choice you make!

The sides seal the deal. You can grab Mac and cheese with or without smoked pork butt. There’s also a grilled potatoes side that is making me salivate just reading the descriptions. A unique food cart with elevated, affordable, breakfast food, do not pass them up!

With a regular stop at KLVN coffee lab on Friday mornings and varied stops throughout the week, stay tuned on their social media for news of where this cart is going next! Want to enjoy them with a brew? Not to worry, they’ve been expanding their locations to include stops at Insurrection’s Strip District taproom and 412 Brewery. Mark your calendars now, because they’ll be at Eleventh Hour on April 15th and will have more brewery days planned as the weather gets warmer! Keep your eyes out for Soul Biscuit this spring and summer, they are doing great things!
