Collusion Tap Works, whose original location is in York, PA, is opening a brand new location just north of Lancaster in Lititz. The area is bustling with microbreweries, such as Mad Chef, Pour Man’s, and countless others. So the new location is a welcome addition to the greater Lancaster area. They built this location at 5 Juniper Lane in an old Lititz t-shirt factory. The inside is beautiful and features exposed brick walls and a two-story seating area. The second level offers room for socially distanced seating, so you don’t have to worry about overcrowding. Collusion’s new location opens this Monday, April 5th, from 4-9 PM.
They will bring 16 beers and a full food menu to the Lititz location. There are 24 available at the York, PA location, but they’ll still have something for everyone at the new location. Collusion Tap Works’ Lititz location will offer a wide variety of styles including New England IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Lagers, and more.
Head chef Stacey VonStein will bring traditional pub food, such as burgers, fries, cheesesteaks, and flatbreads, to this location in addition to their expansive beer menu. View the entire menu here.
