By now, I’m sure you know St Patrick’s Day is upon us. It’s one of every beer drinker’s favorite holidays. While you might already have your favorite hoppy beers or even some Guinness, you should leave those in the fridge and head right to these (mostly) Philly breweries to stock up for your celebration. They’re releasing some delicious beers, including Irish Potato stouts and Irish Red Ales.

Bill’s Best, a brewery and BBQ sauce producer in Glenside, released Séamus this week. This classic Irish Stout is on Nitro and packs a refreshing 5% ABV. Their patio is open for outdoor seating, or you can order curbside pickup here.

Odd Logic Brewing in Bristol released Dear Boss this week. This Irish Potato Candy inspired Imperial Stouts boasts an impressive 12% ABV. It’s still on tap, so stop by to try it while you still can.

Second Sin Brewing, which isn’t very far from Odd Logic in Bristol, released Potato Potato today in anticipation of St Patrick’s Day. They brewed this “Confectionery-Inspired” Strong Ale with Cinnamon, Coconut, Vanilla, and a touch of Lactose. They’re currently offering this beer on tap and in 4-packs. View their tap list here or purchase beer to-go here.

Stable 12 Murphy’s Law is a perfect beer for chugging. It’s a classic Irish Stout brewed with Flaked, Roasted and Malted Barley served on nitro, so it’s kind of like a craft Guinness alternative. Stop by their Phoenixville brewery to try this or purchase beer for shipping here.
