Odd Logic Brewing opened their first location in Bristol last year and have been releasing some of the best beers in the Philly area since. Prior to opening, they poured their beers at festivals in the area. Since that’s no longer possible with COVID, they’re pouring beers and offering takeout at their location. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Although they brew a wide variety of beers, including DDH IPAs, one of their specialties is imperial pastry stouts, and they’re releasing two new ones today, Saturday, March 6th.

  • Dear Boss – a 12% Irish Potato Inspired Imperial Stout with Cinnamon, Coconut & Vanilla Bean (4-pack 16oz cans)
  • Dessert For Thought: Chocolate Covered Banana – a 13.2% Imperial Stout conditioned on Cacao Nibs & Banana Purée (to-go 4-pack 16oz cans; on tap 10oz for $7)

Unfortunately, they ran out of last week’s releases on tap, but they have Dear Boss and plenty of other delicious beers available. See the full tap list here.

Make sure you stock up on Dear Boss for your St. Paddy’s Day celebrations. Odd Logic’s imperial pastry stouts are one of their most popular cans. The popularity is well-deserved because of how high-quality, thick, and flavorful these beers are. This shows in their Untappd ratings. For example, Dear Boss already has a 4.33 on Untappd.
