For their first release of the new year, Trillium (Canton, Massachusetts) is digging into the archives. Making a call back to 2019, Trillium is bringing back their collaboration with Garage Project, South Pacific Souffle.

This Imperial Stout takes the classic flavors and ingredients of a souffle and combines them with some unique flavors indigenous to Southeast Asia.

Vanilla beans, cacao nibs, and brown sugar provide the souffle-like base. Then express shipped from Auckland, New Zealand, drinkers get to enjoy the award-winning taste of Parami Natural coffee as it plays with the other flavors in the bottle. This java really is a special treat, coming from the island of Timor-Leste to a beer glass near you.

This beer is currently available for online orders for both pick-up and delivery. Also, if anyone knows why a bottle sells for $24.05 instead of an even $24, email me at [email protected]
