Who controls the past, controls the future…

Allusions aside, the team at Barrel Theory Beer Company (St. Paul, Minnesota) are taking two kinds of stout ideas, and mashing them together to produce their new beer, Doublethink.

Doublethink is a stout that is part Oreo stout, part coconut stout, and all delicious. Slightly lighter than their typical stouts, Doublethink will warm you up with tastes of chocolate cookies and boozy coconut. The goal is to seamlessly combine different flavors to form one cohesive beer that is the sum of its parts.

Even at 10.9% ABV, Doublethink is still the perfect beer to add to your winter collection. Drink it as a dessert, a winter warmer, or leave it out for Santa Claus instead of milk and cookies.  No bad choices here.
