Available this weekend, Southern Grist Brewing Company (Nashville, Tennessee) will be releasing the newest addition to their Hill Series, Imperial Rosè Sangria Hill.

A play on the name of a neighborhood in their hometown of Nashville, the Hill Series is a line of lactose (milk sugar) based sours. While each Hill is unique, they will all be packed full of fruit puree and special ingredients. Some past versions are Imperial Double Fruited Vanilla Black Currant Boysenberry, Imperial Skitt, and Double Fruited 100k.

For this iteration, Southern Grist has made an imperial variety. It has a helping of Malbec Rosè juice, along with additions blackberry, cranberry, and tangerine. The “jammy” undertones are accompanied by the 7.5% ABV.

New and creative versions are usually not too far behind one another. Check out Instagram or Southern Grist’s website to see all the new releases.
