Sam Fee is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet in the craft beer industry. This Friday, he’s about to open the latest brewery to hit the Pittsburgh craft beer scene: Mondays Brewing.

I met Sam a few months ago when he invited me to come check out his *still-under-a-lot-of-construction* brewery on Route 19 in Peters Township, PA.

When I say “a lot of construction” I mean, the place literally didn’t have floors.. or walls.. or plumbing.. or, well, brewing equipment, for that matter.

Today, that space has been transformed in to a beautiful, fully-functioning tap room located right at the very end of Waterdam Plaza in McMurray, PA.

Mondays Brewing has all the workings of your new favorite brewery: cozy taproom, tvs, great staff, a bunch of great tap handles, donuts and sushi within walking distance, and a brewer who prides themselves on their beer way more than their beautiful taproom.

If you haven’t been able to tell by their name, the brewery will open on Mondays (something you don’t see often).

Mondays Brewing Company will open this Friday at 4pm for their “soft opening”. You’ll be able to check them out all weekend.

If you’re heading there and can’t find them in your GPS, just plug in “Peace Love and Little Donuts, McMurray, PA” and look to the far left when you arrive in Waterdam Plaza.

… and make sure you tell him Fueled By Hops sent ya.
