The Philadelphia brewery famous for their goofy beer names made the national spotlight once again. After collaborations with various large companies, Evil Genius Beer Company is introducing its biggest collaboration yet. They produced a new fruity IPA in collaboration with Miller High Life. They previously only released collaborations at their brewery, but this is the second collab to see large-scale distribution.
Evil Genius Brunch So Hard is a new hazy IPA brewed with orange and mango. They regularly produce fruity IPAs. For example, they brew a core beer, #Adulting, with guava, and two of their seasonals including their Giant Food Stores collaboration, contain additions of fruit. This super juicy New England IPA packs a fruity and refreshing punch inspired by a Mimosa. Playing off Miller High Life’s slogan, Brunch So Hard is “The mimosa of beers.” On a related note, Evil Genius isn’t the only Philly brewery to brew a mimosa-inspired beer. Stickman Brews in Royersford produces one called Ladies Who Lunch. However, Evil Genius and Miller High Life brewed Brunch So Hard on a much larger scale. The limited-edition beer goes on sale next week. They distribute to Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Jersey, so this collaboration will be available at all locations that sell their beer.
