As we begin yet another week, I’ve got some excellent news to help boost us to Monday! In the craft beer world it’s hard to grab a good brew early in the week. However, this week, it’s different. A much-beloved Pittsburgh brewery is celebrating 4 years with Monday hours!
Allegheny City Brewing, located on Pittsburgh’s North Side, is celebrating four years of creating amazing beers on September 28th! They’ve got a fantastic lineup to help your Monday be infinitely more tolerable.
Firstly, the beer. Holy moly, do they have an AMAZING can and draft selection right now. The Nyami Nyami Stout catches my eye immediately. I’m a stout nerd, what can I say? Brewed with yams, this collab is a neighborhood effort that celebrates the North Side! Expect some brown sugar notes in this beer. Weighing in at 8%, a portion of this beer’s proceeds goes to 1Nation Mentoring, a local organization.
Sour fan? Nova Gose, a favorite among many, is available in the regular and key lime versions for consumption! More of a hop fan? Check out the Observatory Hill Haze Wet Hop IPA freshly canned this week. This beer hits those amazing juicy, fruity IPA notes we all know and love.
That’s not all, though. Tomorrow, Allegheny City has you covered with the Pgh Taco Truck on premises during this anniversary celebration. More surprises are to come as well! Expect some extremely limited releases to drop over the next 24 hours to celebrate four years in the game. Stay tuned on Allegheny City’s social media to be the first to snag some anniversary releases!
Cheers to four amazing years, Allegheny City! I can’t wait to see what comes next!
