We recently featured Stickman for their food and beer shipping, but now there’s more to get excited about! One of their most popular beers returns this week. ALS Will Anoia is an IPA they release annually alongside a cornhole tournament called Brews And Bags For Hope. The annual beer and cornhole tournament was started by Steve and Jill Anoia, whose last name inspired the name of the beer, to benefit families fighting ALS. However, they are unable to host the cornhole tournament due to the social distancing guidelines put forth by the state. But don’t fret. Stickman brewed up a great idea that will still benefit families fighting ALS.
ALS Will Anoia returns this week to the popular Royersford brewery in a different way than ever before. Cans and draft beer will be available at all Stickman locations this Friday, 9/25. They held a cornhole tournament in years past, but things look different this year due to COVID-19. This year they are selling shirts and hoodies, so they are able to donate the proceeds in lieu of the cornhole tournament cancellation. Proceeds from the shirts and beer will benefit a family newly diagnosed with ALS. Shirts and hoodies will be available for purchase starting this Friday, September 25th, until October 16th. Follow the Facebook event for more information on how you can support this cause.
