Customers used to set up folding chairs outside of breweries to wait in line for a triple adjunct milkshake IPA pastry stout barrel-aged for 37 lightyears. However, this is no longer a possibility in the time of COVID and social distancing. Breweries use online ordering for 90% of their business, so securing your favorite hype beer is now easier than ever. Tired Hands sells their milkshake IPAs, including new double and triple milkshakes, through their website. Even their seltzer collaboration with the infamous Troon Brewing was available online.

Speaking of which, Troon even sells beer online… if you can figure out their ever-changing URLs. It’s rumored there is a secret email list for locals that notifies them of drops. You could probably get your hands on it if you turn on Instagram post notifications and have URLs pre-typed into your browser, but who has that much free time? I personally don’t think it’s worth all the trouble because it’s just a beer. You can probably get something that tastes similarly elsewhere. Plus, you can get Troon’s beer on draft at the restaurant Brick Farm Tavern on the property. Just go there if you want to try it that badly. They’re open during COVID.

Imprint is releasing a new version of their 450 North collab, Blurries, this Friday on their biermi. According to 450’s Instagram post, Blurrier is conditioned on Raspberry, Banana, Marshmallow, Coconut, and a touch of Chocolate. Although Imprint hasn’t made an official post, they sold the first version, so it makes sense the second will also be sold at Imprint’s PA locations.
