More Low Calorie Craft Beers (That Are Actually Good)

If you love drinking craft beer and also love not feeling guilty about calories, you’re not alone.  We gave you one list of excellent low calorie craft beers already, but like your favorite bartender we’re back to deliver another round.  Here are even more low calorie craft beers (that are actually good.)

Slightly Mighty

Our first low calorie craft beer is brought to you by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery.  Slightly Mighty has an ABV of 4% with only 95 calories.  This India Session Ale is described by the brewers as, “Brewed with locally-grown barley, and a touch of monk fruit that delivers body and complexity but adds zero calories or carbs, Slightly Mighty is light-bodied and offers a lingering balanced sweetness.”

We don’t know about you, but we could definitely go for some “lingering balanced sweetness,” right now.

Swipe Light

You should know us well enough by now to know that we love a good pun with our beer names, so it should come as no surprise that Swipe Light is featured here.  Brewed by Southern Tier Brewing Company, Swipe Light is an American Pale Ale with Citra and Mosaic hops.  It has a 4% ABV and only 110 calories, so we’re going to be swiping right on Swipe Light. (Sorry, we couldn’t resist the joke. It was too easy.)

DayTime IPA

DayTime IPA by Lagunitas Brewing Company only has 98 calories but still has a 4% ABV.  As far as a flavor profile, well, let’s just let the brewers speak for themselves on this one.

“This beer has achieved what we all hope for ourselves; to be made new again.  There is freedom in burning down the house of expectations and it confers an undeniable lightness to being. We didn’t invent these truths; they invented us.”

Is poetry a flavor? Either way, we’re in.

Light Hearted

Our final entry on this list comes to you by Bell’s Brewery.  Light Hearted is an India Session Ale with a 3.7% ABV and only 110 calories.  According to the brewers, “Centennial and Galaxy hops result in citrus and pine aromas while a variety of specialty malts help give Light Hearted its body and flavor.” Combine that with Light Hearted’s 3.57 Untappd rating (out of over 15,000 ratings) and it’s safe to say we’ve provided you with yet another excellent low calorie craft beer option.

Now that you have four more excellent low calorie craft beers to try, feeling guilty over drinking calories can be a thing of the past.  At least until summer is over, then it’s all about that hibernation body, baby.

While we’re talking summer bodies, consider joining our FREE 90-Day Fitness challenge! Just join the group and start working out! After 90 days of workouts, we’ll send you a commemorative glass for free! (plus shipping)
