Ok, ok, so Memorial Day may have gotten the best of your diet. If you’re like us, you likely over-indulged this holiday with hazybois, crispybois and BBQ food.
Fear not – we have a way for you to get back on track while still enjoying those beers that we all love!
Last night, we launched Fueled By Fitness (of #FueledFit for short), a 90-day fitness/diet challenge to help you hit your fitness goals (while enjoying great beer!)
The challenge is quite simple.. you do some kind of physical activity every day for 90 days. At the end of the 90 days, you’ll receive a commemorative Fueled By Hops glass designed just for #FueledFit participants.
Any kind of physical exertion, as well as any level of physical exertion, is welcome and counts! Run, jog, walk, do situps, lift weights, yoga, etc. It doesn’t matter what you do, so long as you don’t do nothing! (unless it’s a planned rest day).
We created a Facebook group just for this challenge. Participants should post in the group regularly to keep us all up-to-date on your progress as well as to keep us all accountable and encourage other to do the same.
The only thing we ask is that everyone be respectful of each other. ‘Good Vibes Only’ is still the motto of this group.
