At 5:45PM CST, St. Louis-based Perennial Artisan Ales will release Then You Roast The Mallow, a 11.5% imperial stout brewed “with a touch of lactose in the kettle and boiled for multiple hours.” Post-fermentation, the beer is gets instroduced to all the ingredients of our favorite campsite delight: the s’more.
