Episode 21: Engineering a brewery in Export, PA, the story of Devout Brewing

On today’s episode, I sit down with the guys behind Devout Brewing, a small brewery located in Export, PA.

What’s unique about Devout Brewing is that the owners were able to leverage their engineering backgrounds to build out a lot of their brewing equipment, thus saving a lot of money when opening the brewery.

They tell us the story of how they were able to retrofit dairy equipment to create some very tasty brews.  They also tell us how they came up as homebrewers and decided to open the brewery that we see today.
